Tatyana is an entrepreneur with over 13 years, the founder of TRINITY Education Group (Ukraine), KITSF (San Francisco), UATEG (San Francisco). She is residing in San Francisco.

She has a diverse experience in education, sales, marketing, fundraising, building startups, and talent acquisition. She conducted over 10k job interviews and hired over 500 employees for her company as a founder.

In San Francisco Tatyana seamlessly bridges the gap between talent and opportunity, with a specialized focus on empowering Machine Learning engineers and Data Scientists to thrive in the competitive San Francisco Bay Area job market.

In the technological hub of San Francisco, Tatyana founded KitSF, a groundbreaking initiative focused on investing in top talents for indispensable onsite roles within innovative sectors, such as Machine Learning and Data Science with total annual compensation from $250,000 to $550,000. Her visionary approach emphasizes the cultivation of extraordinary overseas talents, facilitating their journey toward fulfilling hard-to-fill positions within leading Bay Area companies like Stripe, Roky, ect.

A journey from Ukraine to the United States

Tatyana is heading one of Kiev’s premier language schools.

Specializing in English language proficiency and preparation for competitive International exams such as FCE, CAE, CPE, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, OET, KET, PET, YLE. and TOEFL, she has been instrumental in guiding over 22,000+ students toward remarkable success and TOP Universities enrollment, including employees from international and Ukrainian companies, and has provided professional training for educators.

Tatyana received a Grant from USAID and International Organization of Migration. She collaborates with Government organizations like Red Cross, Antimonopoly Committee, and State Migration Service. Additionally, she partners with Columbia University and Ukraine Children’s Action Project.

Her dedicated efforts have been recognized internationally, earning her prestigious grants, including the remarkable O-1 visa (talent visa) in the United States.

Helping Ukraine

Tatyana is a founder of UATEG 501(c)(3). This non-profit organization embodies a mission to empower Ukrainians globally through avenues of education and cultural exchange. As a founder and Program Director, Tatyana orchestrates strategic planning, fostering initiatives that resonate with impactful personal and professional growth.
