kitSF is a venture studio that focuses on people, not companies. We find talented individuals from everywhere and help them grow professionally. When our clients succeed, we earn a part of their income for a certain number of months.

We’re looking for people who are eager to act and prove that they’re serious about advancing, not just talking about it.

We follow a method described by Nassim Taleb in his book “Skin in the Game.”

What YOU have to do

Show us you’re motivated!

1. Work on building your personal brand every week.

2. Complete the FORM every 7 days.

3. Make sure not to skip a week, or you’ll receive a “red flag.”

4. Optionally, you can refer friends. If you do, you’ll get a “score” that can be turned into USD.
