What is a B1 visa?

The B1 visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows individuals to travel to the United States for business purposes such as negotiating contracts, consulting with business associates, attending business meetings or conventions, and participating in short-term training.

To be eligible for a B1 visa, you must have a valid passport and a clear purpose for your trip to the United States. You must also be able to demonstrate that you have sufficient ties to your home country and that you will return after your trip.

To apply for a B1 visa, you will need to complete an online application form (Form DS-160) and pay the visa application fee. You will also need to schedule an interview at a US embassy or consulate near you, and bring the required documents to the interview.

If your B1 visa application is approved, you will be issued a visa stamp in your passport, which will allow you to travel to the United States for business purposes.
